Holtzman Market Rentals has been in business since 1985, matching renters with homes AND with homeowners. Until 2001, when we were asked to put our Web site on the "official" Market Authority Web site, we had never advertised, but worked on word of mouth.

We are a full time office, open from 8:am to 6:pm Monday through Friday.

Our Web site is always changing. I visit each new home and talk to the homeowner to be sure they understand that renting their home is a lot more than packing their suitcase and leaving! Weeks of organizing go into cleaning and preparing for the rental. All homes are within 10 miles of downtown High Point and provide some cleaning. Let us know if you are allergic to anything or have special needs. The website shows the price for 8-10 nights, year built, heated square feet , number of miles to downtown and the home's location. On our Web site, you can search and see a photo of each room.

Call and we can discuss the type of home you are looking for as well as who will be staying and how the home will be used. We can go through the choices together and pick your home.

After each market we call the renters and the homeowners to see how each felt the rental was and if they have any suggestions for improvement. We find they are more comfortable making suggestions to us, such as better towels or pillows or sloppy renters than asking each other. Getting feedback from both parties improves the next rental. This is our loose version of The Dating Game.

Our goal is to match a renters with a homes and homeowners where each is comfortable so the match will last for years. We are always trying to improve our service and welcome suggestions. A 98% satisfaction rate isn't good enough if you are part of the 2%.
