Renters please read:
FULL TERM rates are for 7-10 nights unless stated otherwise.
Rates for extra nights must be negotiated through our office.
SHORT TERM rates are for 4-6 nights and quoted per night.
Please don't exceed the number of guests the homeowner has
prepared for.
Homes are nonsmoking unless described as smoking.
Towels, linens, closet space and some cleaning is provided.
Payment is due AND EXPECTED when you arrive at the home.
Entertaining, pets, children and overnight guests must be
pre-approved.
Renters are responsible for damage they cause to the home.
Homeowners will provide closet, drawer, and refrigerator
space.
You are responsible to return all of the house keys you are
given.

Home Owners please read
carefully:
I view each home and meet with each homeowner. This lets me
take the photos, understand the expectations of each homeowner
and explain the needs of the renters to them.
Homes are priced for up to ten nights unless the description
indicates otherwise.
Homeowners provide closet and drawer space in each bedroom.
All pets must be removed from your home during the market
(except fish.)
Homeowners provide sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, soap,
paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, hangers. kitchen supplies
not including food.
